I am a senior nurse practitioner with over 19 years experience within a variety of healthcare settings and over 8 years experience in aesthetic practice.

 

I have substantial experience of working in a theatre environment specialising in head and neck surgery including; dental, oral, maxillofacial and ophthalmology. Working in a theatre environment has provided me with in-depth knowledge and skills in, facial anatomy and physiology, infection control and aseptic non-touch techniques, all of which can be applied within my aesthetic practice.

 

In addition to my theatre role I have worked in preoperative assessment, which has given me the necessary expertise to perform comprehensive patient assessments, a skill which is fundamental in aesthetic practice to ensure the safety of my patients. 

 

In my last NHS position I was part of a senior nursing team responsible for continually improving the quality of services and care delivery within the hospital whilst insuring patient safety was maintained.

 

I have undertaken considerable aesthetic training including courses at the renowned Harley Street. I can perform a wide range of high quality non-surgical advanced aesthetic procedures and pride myself on high quality natural results. I am a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber and continuously strive to gain new knowledge and skills

I have undertaken extensive skincare training with the notorious Obagi Medical and frequently help patients with a variety of skin concerns to become skin confident. Through my dedication to training, educating patients and my proven results I have become a proud Obagi Ambassador. 

 

Patient safety, patient satisfaction and professionalism are my main priorities and I pride myself on keeping my patients well informed to ensure they have the necessary information to be actively involved in their treatment plans.

 

I am registered with The Nursing and Midwifery Council UK and practice in accordance with their Code of Practice. I am insured with Hamilton Fraser Cosmetic Insurance and am also a member of The ACE Expert Complication Group.
